Peperomia

LE 445.00

An indoor plant that tolerates the shadow places. It’s almost unkillable.

Needs indirect sunlight.

Moderate watering when the soil gets dry.

Easy low maintenance plant.

Growing Conditions:

Light:

Peperomia plants grow well in the bright indirect light provided by the west or east-facing window. Insufficient light causes the slow-growing peperomia plant to stop growing altogether. Direct sunlight burns the leaves.

Water

Allow the top 50% of the soil to dry out before you water. Avoid overwatering. The thick leaves of peperomia plants hold water and allow the plant to withstand long periods without moisture.

Plant Care Guide

Peperomia thrives in bright, indirect light but adapts well to medium-light rooms. Avoid strong direct sun that may scorch the leaves.

Allow about half of the potting mix to dry before watering again. The thick leaves store moisture, making the plant more forgiving than many houseplants.

Feed once a month during spring and summer with a balanced fertilizer.

Peperomia prefers being slightly root-bound. Avoid repotting too often, as it grows best in a snug pot.
