Artemisia loves full sun and develops its best silvery foliage under bright conditions. Shade can reduce both color and growth quality.

Allow the soil to dry between waterings. Artemisia is drought-tolerant once established and dislikes wet roots.

Very little fertilizer is needed. Excess feeding may reduce the plant's compact form and aromatic qualities. Fertilizing every month s sufficient and balanced.

Good drainage is essential. This plant naturally grows in lean soils and often performs better when left slightly neglected.
