At Nappta, caring for our customers right is as important as caring for our plants. So we're applying a return and refund policy to ensure great user experience.

Your satisfaction comes first

We believe that your satisfaction and rights always come first. We are fully committed to delivering healthy, high-quality plants and to supporting you in case anything does not meet our standards. If there is any failure from our side, we take full responsibility and will work with you to ensure a fair and transparent resolution, including a refund or replacement when applicable.

We encourage you to refuse plants if any concern

To make sure you receive exactly what you ordered and in the best condition, we encourage you to carefully inspect the plants upon delivery. You have the full right to check their condition, size, and overall health before accepting them. If you notice any damage, incorrect item, or quality concern at the time of delivery, you may refuse the plants, and we will replace them with the correct ones within 48 hours, after proper verification.

We granted you 24 hours for more inspection if any hidden concern appears

If an issue appears after delivery that is related to our handling or preparation, please contact us within 24 hours and provide clear photos of the plants. Our team will promptly review your request and support you with a suitable solution. We never compromise on fairness when the responsibility is ours.

Because plants are living products and are affected by environmental conditions after delivery, plants are considered non-returnable and non-refundable once 24 hours have passed from the delivery time, provided they were received in good condition. This policy helps us maintain quality and fairness for all customers while continuing to put your rights and trust first.
