Alocasia enjoys bright filtered light that mimics tropical forest conditions. Too much direct sun may burn the large leaves, while low light slows growth significantly.

Keep the soil lightly moist but not wet. Allow the top layer to dry slightly before watering again. Good drainage is extremely important.

Feed monthly during active growth with NPK fertilizer. The large leaves benefit from regular nutrients throughout spring and summer. Find NPK on tools category.

Alocasia appreciates humidity more than most houseplants. Brown leaf edges are often a sign that the air is too dry rather than a watering issue.
