Plant Care Guide

Lucky Bamboo prefers bright indirect light and should be protected from direct sunlight. Harsh sun can cause yellowing leaves.

Bamboo reared inside a water, ensure the roots remain submerged and refresh the water monthly "Reducing the frequency of changing water less than month could cause harmful to the plant and the opposite, ignore changing the water more than month will result a stagnant water which will infect the plant by pathogens". During the month just refill what consumed by bamboo until the same level.

Feed very lightly a few times per year. Excess fertilizer can easily damage the roots and foliage.

Using filtered or low-mineral water often prevents leaf tip browning and keeps the stems looking healthier.

If you notice a stalk developing a yellowish discoloration, take the following steps promptly:

  1. Isolate the affected stem – Remove it from the shared vase immediately to prevent the infection from spreading to healthy stems.
  2. Prune back into healthy tissue – Cut away the yellowed section, making sure to also trim a small portion of the adjacent green wood. This ensures all infected or compromised tissue has been fully removed.
  3. Seal the cut – Apply wax (or a similar sealant) to the fresh cut surface to protect the wound from moisture-borne pathogens and reduce the risk of reinfection.
