يتحمل هذا النبات الإضاءة الخافتة، ولكنه كغيره من نباتات الزينة المنزلية، يحتاج إلى ضوء الشمس الساطع غير المباشر. بعض أشعة الشمس مفيدة، لكن أشعة الشمس القوية ستحرق أوراقه.

ماء :

يُفضّل ريّ اليوكا بكمية قليلة من الماء بدلاً من الإفراط في ريّها. اسقِها جيداً ثم انتظر حتى تجفّ التربة السطحية، وعندها اسقِها مرة أخرى بكمية وفيرة. قلّل كمية الماء المُقدّمة عندما تكون مستويات الإضاءة أو درجة الحرارة منخفضة، لأنّ النباتات في هذه الظروف لا تحتاج إلى الكثير من الماء.

Yucca loves bright light and performs best with several hours of direct sun each day. A sunny window or bright outdoor spot helps maintain strong, upright growth. Despite it tolerates low light but often causes weak stems and slower development.

Very important to allow the soil to dry well between waterings. Yuccas are drought-tolerant and prefer slightly dry conditions over constantly moist soil. Reduce watering during winter.

Feed monthly during spring and summer with a balanced NPK fertilizer. Moderate feeding is enough to support healthy growth.

Yucca is highly sensitive to overwatering. Yellowing lower leaves are often a sign of excess moisture rather than a lack of nutrients.
